Stephen Ocran

Mr. Stephen Ocran is a partner of O2 & Associates. He is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant Ghana (ICAG), final level of Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana (CIT, GH). Stephen is currently pursuing Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) program at GIMPA. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) –University of Cape Coast and a Post Chartered Diploma in Forensic Audit, ICAG. Mr. Stephen Ocran has over eight years’ experience in management.



He has been the Group Accountant for Kenbert Group Limited which manages Kenbert Mines, Silver Star Estates Ltd, Diamond Star Concrete Products Ltd, Royal Atlantic Hostels and Ntiamoah Foundation an NGO for Education and Health. Prior to this Mr. Ocran was an Audit Manager at Owiredu Yeboah Consult, a Chartered Accountancy firm. He was responsible for Managing the audit of many of the firm’s big clients. He is really a team player and a highly motivated Executive. Stephen has high level of IT experience in various computerized financial, accounting and business systems, including SAGE QuickBooks, Tally ERP, and Microsoft Suite.



He is responsible for client relationship management, risk management and quality of client deliverables. This includes engagement management, planning and review of work and deliverables, as well as resolution of key business issues. He has a wide range of experience in providing assurance, tax and business advisory services.

Stephen led in conducting a due diligence of Prymo Limited (Operators of One4all credit cards). Developed programs to execute Assets Revaluation of Tri-Dot Company Ltd ensuring accuracy, completeness and timely delivery of management information
